复旦大学经济学院院长张军为上海外服（集团）有限公司授课
经复育智库筹划准备，应上海外服集团邀请，复旦大学经济学院院长、长江特聘教授、博士生导师张军走进外服，以《宏观经济形势及国家区域发展战略》为题进行授课，该集团公司100余名企业高管和中层干部聆听了讲座。
张军教授首先分析当前中国经济形势，2019年第三季度中国GDP增长为6%，中国经济增速明显放缓。他指出我国不是无法维持之前的高速增长，而是新一届政府转变了发展思路，不再希望依靠大规模的刺激政策来维持经济的高速增长，近年来政府通过供给侧改革调整中国经济结构，同时通过环保措施去产能对经济增长也有很大的影响！这当中把环保、民生和GDP一起纳入对官员的考核系统也是经济增长放缓的重要原因。综合国内国外各方面因素，2020年的中国经济增长预期也不乐观，整体发展情况不会比2019年更好！
张军教授对国家区域发展战略进行了分析，过去中国的经济发展以县域经济或行政区为边界竞争，被称为蜂窝经济的竞争模式，未来将会是去行政区划，聚合各区域的综合实力的城市经济圈战略，在中国将会形成长三角、珠三角、京津冀等10个以上的经济圈，张军教授以武汉经济圈为例说明了发展的机会，武汉有近百所高校，有华中科技大学这样优秀工科大学，未来在科技创新为主线的发展时代将会发挥出巨大的人才优势！中国是有十四亿人口的超级大国，人口的分布不可能向日本、韩国一样集中在少量的城市，一定需要多个发达的城市圈才能保证中国经济健康的发展。
最后，张军教授就学员现场提出的关于成渝经济带等区域发展问题也进行了阐述，为外服集团下一步区域战略给了建议！
专家简介
张军教授是我国著名经济学家，“长江学者”特聘教授并入选国家“万人计划”。现任复旦大学经济学院院长、中国经济研究中心主任、复旦大学学位委员会副主任和管理与社科学部主任，兼任上海经济学会副会长。曾任上海市委决策咨询委员会委员、民进中央特邀咨询研究员等。2015年荣获上海市先进作者称号。2015年7月受邀出席李克强总理主持的经济形势座谈会。2015年10月与林毅夫、樊纲一起荣获第七届中国经济理论创新奖。2018年获美国比较经济学会（CES）的最佳论文奖Bergson Prize。
